Delivery times
Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 5–10 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Some items may be dispatched separately if your order contains products supplied from different locations. Where this happens, you may receive your order in more than one parcel.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur which are outside our control. If there is a significant delay with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Incorrect delivery details
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at maisonandmantle@gmail.com, including your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where possible.
