Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Maison & Mantle purchase. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of your cancellation.

To start a return, please contact us at maisonandmantle@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Condition of returns
Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we have agreed otherwise. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at maisonandmantle@gmail.com, including photographs where appropriate. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by this policy.

Refunds
Once your return has been received, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel the entire order, any standard outbound delivery charge you paid will also be refunded as required by law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option than our standard service are not refundable.

Refunds will be made within the applicable statutory time limits. Please remember that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where an exception under UK consumer law applies, including certain personalised or made-to-order goods. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at maisonandmantle@gmail.com.
